Simon sold 18 flats in the Grand Palace LAC (Lugano’s cultural centre) and 35 in the Palazzo Mantegazza, including a CHF 28 million flat and 3 duplex flats of CHF 15 million each, thus achieving the 4 highest-value flat sales to date on the shores of Lake Lugano, Switzerland.
