The Agency is looking for a motivated real estate agent with proven experience in the sector.

  • You will be assigned to a team led by one of the founders of the company and your role is fully based on above market commissions on each sale you make.
  • You will be in charge of clients and will be able to work remotely but always in synergy with an energetic team that promotes collaboration and contact with high profile clients.
  • To be successful in our team you must have an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to create a highly successful business.
  • Required languages: Italian and English, other languages may be a plus.

What will you do:

  • You will be a brand ambassador of The Agency.
  • You will work with profiled clients and expand your portfolio.
  • You will be in the field and become one of the best real estate agents in the area.
  • You will use technology and social media in your favor, our internal CRM for your organization and collect information shared in The Agency.
  • You’ll leverage our dynamic marketing program to help you push your limits.
  • You will participate in private events of The Agency and get to know the major players in the global sector.
